This is not an overstatement: the entrepreneurial spirit is what drives the entire CCA Global enterprise, from the bottom up. It is the very core of what motivates our associated business owners. Freedom of spirit and self-discipline is, after all, what moved them to open their doors and start a business in the first place.

It is a point we never forget. Our model is one of enablement. It begins with the dimension of building economies of scale, specifically by providing better buying power and collaborative marketing and advertising. This was the initial concept behind the original Carpet One Floor & Home business model, and it is the genesis of the notion of giving independent owners, licensees, and franchisees "the power to do more".

We understood very early that one of the keys to success is branding: the challenge of creating an identity that is instantly recognizable and consistent in the overall experience it provides, with the distinctiveness that our model provides; the ability of our individual stores to put their own imprint and entrepreneurialism into the experience. CCA Global brings the added dimension of offering the operational tools our affiliated systems can use, while preserving the spirit of entrepreneurialism that is the strength of the system.

Through our business model, our members, franchisees, and licensees have developed an amazing synergy; by collectively leveraging the strength of their groups, they have enormous buying and marketing power.

Over the years, we have demonstrated that our experience in management and marketing is transferable.
